Refund policy

Dear Customers,

Please find our Shipping and Return policy below. However, we just want to re- assure you that we are very customer friendly and deeply value our customer relationships and their happiness.

In all cases of Returns & Exchange, you have to drop us a mail on official email id ,mentioning the order number and the issue you are facing with the item delivered, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Pls note the below points :  

  • The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.
  • Now COD is available on order above ₹999 only.
  • It takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach us back at the warehouse. So your patience is requested for the same.
  • The product received will be inspected for quality and if approved by the Quality Checking team, we will provide you with store credits worth the product value that can be used for a future purchase from the website or Exchange your product to the size desired by you.
  • Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order.
  • Daylist does not offer a refund while we’ll process it through store credit.
  • We’ll add an amount equal to the product value to your ‘Daylist Wallet”. You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
  • Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.(Please read below section for complete information on Valid Returns). Store Credit shall be valid for 6 Months.
  • Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out our purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate
  • Please note that a product can be exchanged only once.
  • Please also note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be responsible for refund/exchange.
  • For all returns, please ship to the following address: Daylist Address Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, on bank holidays and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of India and by Rajsthan.

For any order delivered in India, shipping charges are not refundable.

ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNS:

  • Product can be returned if the it is faulty or defective product
  • Product can be returned if it is a different product
  • If the product does not fit well (size issues)
  • We shall not take Items that have been worn, washed or soiled
  • A Complete Quality check will be done by us upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.
  • Please note product can be exchanged only once.

Conditions for returning products

  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
  • Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
  • Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Daylist team.

Kindly note that orders received from overseas are not eligible for returns or exchange.
